Information about the transition to the new GC Training site

What happened to the old training site? Are my past training records intact?

The old training site was becoming outdated, and was no longer an efficient means of providing and tracking employee training. The old site still exists, and all past training records have been archived. The old site will be kept online until all departments have had the opportunity to back up their training records.

Multiple backups of the old training site exist, so all past training records are safe and sound.

Can I still access training records from the old training site?

Yes, if you need access to past training records and have not already been given access to the archived training site, please contact SERVE (7378, serve@gcsu.edu) to submit a support ticket.

Who should I contact with questions or problems?

The IT department uses a support ticket system to track incoming issues. This system helps us serve the campus more efficiently, as well as track our progress on IT-related issues at Georgia College. If you have any problems or questions, please contact SERVE (7378, serve@gcsu.edu) to submit a support ticket. They will route the ticket to the appropriate persons within IT.
